Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed with Outreach Fuel ("OutreachFuel", "we"). By paying an invoice you accept them.
Inboxes
- Inboxes are billed monthly in advance, per inbox, at the price on your invoice.
- Setup starts once payment clears and your domains point to the nameservers we provide.
- You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Inboxes stay active until the end of the paid month. Partial months are not refunded.
- If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its due date, we may suspend the inboxes on it. Inboxes unpaid for 30 days may be deleted.
- Google and Microsoft may restrict or suspend accounts under their own policies. We help you replace affected inboxes, but we cannot override their decisions.
Apollo data
- Data orders are billed once, before the export.
- We deliver the export as Apollo returns it for the search you send. We do not verify, clean or edit it, and we make no promise about accuracy or bounce rates.
- If a search returns fewer contacts than you paid for, we refund or credit the difference.
- Delivered files cannot be returned or refunded.
- You are responsible for using the data lawfully, including privacy and anti-spam laws where you send.
Custom services
Custom work follows the written quote you approve, which states the scope, price and payment terms.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, sending reputation or account actions by third-party providers.
Privacy policy
We collect the details you give us in our forms, emails and chats: your name, email, phone or messaging handle, company and order details. We use them to quote, invoice, deliver and support your orders.
- We store order records in our own Google Workspace account.
- We do not sell your details and only share them with providers needed to deliver your order, such as Google, Microsoft, our DNS host and our payment providers.
- Inbox passwords are shared only with you and are not used by us after delivery, except for warmup and support you asked for.
- Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details by emailing contact@outreachfuel.com.
Acceptable use policy
Our inboxes are for legitimate business outreach. To protect every customer on our infrastructure, you agree not to use them for:
- Phishing, malware, fraud, or impersonating another person or company.
- Illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, or financial schemes.
- Emails with no working opt-out, or that ignore opt-out requests.
- Sending volumes or patterns that cause high bounce or spam complaint rates.
If we see a breach, we may pause or remove the inboxes involved without notice and without refund. Repeated or serious breaches end the account.
